Do you know how good you feel when someone says to you "I've got your back"? That is how I feel about our relationship with Dr. Seligmann.

Do you know how good you feel when someone says to you I've got your back? That is how I feel about our relationship with Dr. Seligmann. My husband has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease since 1999 and although Dr. Seligmann cannot cure the disease it is such a comfort to know I can call him whenever I need help with an issue. When he was hospitalized for a deep bruise they were ready to ship him to a rehab center which would have been very difficult for my husband. As Dr. Seligmann was so familiar with our situation he delayed the transfer until I was able to show everyone that I could handle him even when the physical therapists could not. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr. Seligmann delayed telling me until Monday as he knew I was about to play in a golf tournament over the weekend. He was also able to refer me immediately to a surgeon and I was able to get the situation resolved without weeks of trying to get into a new doctor which happened to many of the women I know in our retirement community. He is hands on with overseeing the drugs my husband takes as he has heart problems as well as the neurological issues. His referrals to other physicians have been so helpful. My neighbors, who were long time Mayo Clinic patients, were so impressed with Dr. Seligmann's response when my husband was hospitalized that they became his patients as well and have thanked me numerous time for the referral. Dr. Seligmann is my security blanket and I am so glad he has my back.
