Running my business and staying healthy is a very difficult dance. I needed healthcare that centered around my life with little to no resistance. MDVIP was a hands-free experience and brings healthcare up-to-date for millennials like me. Since joining the program in early May, I have lost 50+lbs and reversed Diabetes, a condition that I did not know I suffered from. MDVIP removes the frustration from the DR/patient relationship. The membership paid for itself when I sat down, uninterrupted, with Dr. Daab for 2+ hours. She explained everything I needed to know about my condition, adjustments to my lifestyle and devised a wellness plan. She handed me the keys to something I just had to follow-through. No rushing. No feeling like a number. It was a personal experience. Don't be put off by the name and ridiculous branding. This is not about VIP-service. A red carpet. The illusions to concierge, luxury, expense and all that ridiculousness is not at all the product. This is so much more human. It touches every aspect of your life. When your DR can focus on you, rather than trying to just breathe and catchup, the results are clear, immediate and life changing. Without hesitation I recommend Doctor Daab. Her care, attention and staff mightily improved my busy life.

I admit, I questioned the value of MDVIP right up until the time I really needed it. I became very ill while out of town. I was able to call Dr. Daab directly, on a Sunday morning. She talked me through some short-term measures I could take to minimize the pain while traveling. As soon as I returned home the next day, she got me in the office right away. She immediately sent me on to the Emergency Department at the hospital. Once I was released, she called the surgeon directly to make sure his office got me on the surgery schedule as soon as possible to have my gallbladder removed. She even completed some of the pre-surgery testing at her office to save me another visit to the hospital. All through this process, Dr. Daab and I used text messages to communicate at every step and at all hours even in the ER! It provided such peace of mind to know that she was there to provide a second opinion, to champion my case and to make sure I received the best care.

My son resides in Columbus and is working on his degree at Ohio State University. Approximately two weeks ago he became ill and to make a long story short, visited one of the affiliated hospitals with OSU three times on an ER basis. Examinations from the ER physicians apparently did not bring forth a diagnosis and he was provided with a few prescriptions and told to return in 10 days for additional testing. I became aware of some of this info through communications with my son and I became very concerned about his conditions and lack of diagnosis. I am a member of MDVIP and my physician is Dr. Thomas White whose practice is located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I called his office and spoke to Rhea Witters, a RN on the staff who does the majority of patient communications to assist Dr. White. I related the scenario to her concerning my son and asked if there was an MDVIP physician in Columbus...she responded quickly and I then called Dr. Susan Daab in Columbus to see if she might be able to assist my son. Dr. Daab met with my son the day after the call and then actually drove him to another hospital for admittance and further testing after observing him. She provided the hospital with several of my sons' documents/tests etc., to facilitate his review at the selected hospital. AND.... she has initiated constant followup with my son since to ensure his progress! Long story short, Dr. Daabs' hospital tested my son for several different med possibilities...mono and a gall bladder were high on the list of suspected ailments. Since his admittance a few days ago he is now back at home and doing much better with followup tests and meds being provided. The purpose of this memo is to recognize Dr. Daab for her responsiveness and professional attention to a patient that was not hers...in my opinion, she initiated actions far beyond the norm to assist a patient in need! So my sincere thanks to Rhea in Dr. White's office and to Dr. Daab for her professionalism that has surpassed all expectations! And my hat is off to MDVIP which made it all possible! THANK YOU!
