Always Willing to Listen

I was alarmed after reading my husband's lab results, posted on a patient portal and ordered by a different physician. I called Dr. Woods, our MDVIP physician, with my husband's permission, and was extremely pleased and relieved by the hour Dr. Woods spent listening to my description and concerns, asking relevant questions, offering advise, an appointment, referrals, and scripts. Previously, I had a similar experience with him, when I exhibited strange, unfamiliar symptoms (Bell's Palsy) on a Sunday night. Dr. Woods had earned our highest respect and praise.
