Catching Prostate Cancer Early Is Important!

Ten years ago, Dr. Bill Weiss advised me that he was going to make an appointment for me with a urologist because my PSA had moved significantly higher over the span of my last two annual physicals. The purpose in making the appointment was to have prostate biopsies. Twelve samples were taken and seven were malignant. I then had a CAT scan which determined that my prostate cancer had not escaped my prostate. I was treated for prostate cancer with proton beam therapy, and ten years after the fact I am doing well and my PSA scores are extremely low.
