Couldn't have made it through 2023 without my MDVIP doctor

I'm so grateful to have Dr. Anne Alexander as my internist. Last year proved to be bumpy - back pain, separation, death of a family pet, sleep issues, cancer scare, surgery, divorce, lay off, jaw pain, anxiety... - and Dr. Alexander was there for me the whole time. Through her support and guidance, I muddled through it and came out stronger, mentally and physically healthier, and in better shape than I was the year before. I exercised more through walking and yoga, practiced meditation, cut down on alcohol, changed my diet to be mostly plant-based, and prioritized giving myself grace, self-care, and love. Having a doctor be there by my side was key. I knew I could rely on her, and that's what I needed most - someone who was a stabilizing force in my life. Thank you, Dr. Alexander!
