Dehydration

It was NEW YEARS DAY!!! After a 30 mile bike ride I had become very disoriented nauseous and extremely weak. We called Dr Meinhold's cell phone. He answered immediately ( again it is New years Day). He told me I had become dehydrated on my bike ride and gave me instructions on how to recover. Which my husband had to find a store that was opened; again on New Years Day.

This was not the first time Dt Meinhold was available at a moment's notice.
