I am a 77 year-old man. Like other people in my age group, I am beginning to feel the effects of age, and various things happen from time to time, and they seem to congregate on weekends. In keeping with this, the fact that Dr. Dimski makes it clear that he is available to me 24/7. This past weekend, I injured my left shin by being short on a jump to a stage. I sent him a picture of my wounded shin, and he advised me of a technique to reduce the swelling after he determined it was not infected. He texted me today to find if there was any problem with my leg that had developed since we last communicated.

I called him another day, and he was on final approach to a local airport in his Beechcraft Bonanza. He asked if he could call me back in 20 minutes which he did. While I rarely do it, he has always answered me by the second ring, and he responds to a text in a half-hour or less. In this day and time, I feel this is remarkable accessibility to a board-certified primary care physician.

In another case, I had been referred to an ear, nose and throat specialist because of a blocked duct in a salivary gland. After examining me, the ENT discovered a benign tumor on my pituitary gland and was making rapid plans for surgery. Dr. Dimski basically said, not so fast, and scheduled an appointment with another MDVIP physician, Dr. Cheryl Black (endocrinologist) who wiped out the tumor non surgically with the use of medication.

Dr. Dimski is a remarkably caring and competent physician that I am very proud to call my doctor and friend.
