Fellow Runners

Shep has been our doctor for 25 years and a family friend before that.. We are fellow athletes, though I at a MUCH slower pace. He calculates my athleticism and good nutrition habits into what he prescribes for me. He definitely practices preventive care, and that I most appreciate.

He carries a wonderful Spirit about him. I look forward to seeing him. I always feel uplifted after being in his company.
