About a year ago I moved to Dr. Hoff's concierge practice. It has been a night and day difference. He explained lab results more completely and helpfully than I had previously experienced, and was clearly looking for meaningful markers to improve my health and to guard against future problems. I just turned 79, was diagnosed with sleep apnea and must confess to a deconditioned and overweight status since covid. He has been very helpful in guiding me back to better health. I could not speak more highly of his professional skill and his concern for the patient.
