Goes above and beyond

Dr Wacks always responds to a phone call and will see us or send in a prescription right away. He’s the doctor with the old-school “bedside” manner. He listens, he really cares and he keeps up with the latest medical developments. What truly stands out, however, is the time a friend of ours visiting from abroad had a situation in which his own doctor told him to get to the nearest emergency room ASAP. We called Dr. Wacks, who alerted our local Hospital emergency department that our friend was on his way, and then he went and met our friend there himself to make sure he got seen immediately. That’s above and beyond. We can’t say enough about what a kind, caring and thorough physician he is.
