Like a good friend!

I have been blessed to have pretty good health most of my life, so my interactions with Dr. Bienert is typically during my annual physical. From the time I enter the practice and am greeted by the staff and PA I feel at ease. And when Dr. Bienert enters the exam room, bright and cheerful it’s like greeting a good friend. I am comfortable sharing and catching her up on my life’s events since our last visit…whether a year earlier or less. She listens. She engages and is sensitive to any concerns I may have trouble expressing or defining. I never feel rushed and know that whatever medical advice she gives or prescribed protocol, it is tailored to my unique outlook and/or philosophy on health and medicine, which we’ve come to know over the years. So like a good friend, Dr. Bienert is on my side and I greatly appreciate her professionalism and expertise.
