Great advice and referral

The day after returning from 2 weeks in Italy, I couldn’t walk or bear weight on my left leg. For 2 months I fought the pain with anti inflammatory medication, pain pills and 2 epidurals. At the time of my physical Dr Jorgensen suggested I have surgery. I agreed. He referred me to Dr Juan Uribe at Barrow’s Neurological in Phoenix. My consultation was on Monday, I was in surgery Thursday morning. Now 3 months later I’m at 100%. I am so thankful for Dr Jorgensen’s referral and support during this trying 5 months!!
