Dr. Lowell has been my Primary Care doctor since 1994, so this year we (I) celebrate our thirty year anniversary !

Dr. Lowell has helped me through some extremely painful ailments and other medical conditions as well. He is well read and extremely knowledgeable and up to date with his research. He is kind, helpful and I believe he saved my life.

I didn't like having to sign up for MDVIP as I am on a fixed income and the cost goes up every year ( maybe MDVIP should freeze the rates for seniors) which causes me to cut back on other things. Nonetheless, I did sign up for MDVIP because I like Dr. Lowell and I didn't want to lose his knowledge, expertise and care and friendship.

Thirty years ago, when I first met with Dr. Lowell his waiting room was full and waiting time was over an hour. Now since MDVIP, my longest wait time has been about ten minutes. Now when I am with Dr. Lowell, we spend about thirty minutes together with undivided attention. I am made to feel as if I am his only patient !

In September, I received a letter from MDVIP / Dr. Lowell and I was afraid to open it as I was concerned that he was announcing his retirement. After reading the letter I realized it was a totally different topic but I brought my concern to Dr Lowell during our next appointment and he put my mind to ease... NOT YET !

If not for MDVIP, I would not be able to have Dr. Lowell spend quality time with me discussing my health situation and ways to improve it.

So, thank you, Bruce, for helping me live the best life I can.

One last note about his staff. They are the friendliest people one could meet. They know everyone by first name and greet everyone as a guest. I could not end this story without thanking them ALL for their kindness over the years.
