Dr. Hitchcock has been very generous in sharing her struggles and insights. This is amazing because most doctors treat patients like problems rather than peers. When she told me that she had taken up a new hobby making stained glass, I felt inspired to try some new things myself. I started learning classical guitar, and I just returned from a 5-day kayaking trip. I'm curating my life instead of enduring it.

I used to dread doctor visits because they were dehumanizing, but Dr. Hitchcock and her staff are very considerate. They listen to my concerns and encourage me to take better care of myself. With their help, I've transformed my body in the past two years, shedding fat and gaining muscle without using weight loss drugs. I feel like a new person, which is a great mindset for embarking on menopause. I'm very grateful for their partnership.
