Kris Armstrong - Old School

Kris Armstrong is Old School, and that's a great compliment. He takes the time to listen to your issue, suggests different type of solutions, lets you add more information so that he can then choice the best solution. The two things that helped me the most is when he suggested a food test, I had had a gluten allergy for years and didn't know it, once I eliminated the foods that I was intolerant to, it changed my life, I had suffered with stomach problems for so many years before that change. Second, I had painful colon infection and he got me in the same day and gave me antibiotics that fixed the issue within days. He is no nonsense old school and that is refreshing.
