Special Thanks to a Special Doctor

It’s a great feeling to know that your PCP is there to help you heal and get you back on the road to wellness. On the morning before I was to see Dr. McCree for only the second time, my husband had to call to cancel my appointment because I was in the ER on my way to ICU with a head injury. Dr. McCree returned to call immediately to offer help and advice as I spent the next three days in-patient and the next 3 months months outpatient recovering from a brain bleed.

After being released from the hospital, the injury required supervision of medication, follow up CT’s, and several consultations with specialists for arm and back pain, balance problems, breathing issues, and sleep disturbance. Dr. Mc Cree facilitated these consults and was my anchor for continuing medical care. She put together a plan to heal me and get me started on a healthier way of living.

I am grateful to Dr.McCree for all the help and for her seeing the potential for a new life for a 74 year old.
