Take A Hike!

A couple of years ago now, Dr. Steven Wilson suggested I take my walking to occasionally going on a hike. I did that with my friends, Aleta, and Rosanne. We have been walking and hiking now together for several years. My life is so happy now doing that simple change. Thank you, Dr. Wilson.
