There when we need him!

Over the past year, we have had several after hours crises. One involved a trip to the emergency room. We called Dr. West while on the way and he kept us focused and reassured that all would be well. The second was when Janice contracted COVID while traveling in London. We had no idea what to do. I called his after-hours number and he answered the phone (I expected a call-back as it was 5AM Georgia time). He told us what we needed to do and provided the paperwork necessary for filing an insurance claim.

Thankful to have him available when we need him -- though we would rather not need him!
