The medical profession and care delivery industry have gotten ever more complicated and difficult in recent years, and I frequently hear from people who complain vigorously about what they perceive to be poor care. Each and every time, I think to myself that, as with almost everything in life, the quality of care mostly comes down to the individuals delivering it. You - and your staff - are, in a word, awesome. You are attentive to my concerns and take the time to explain everything, and I'm am extremely grateful for all that you do for me!
