He keeps up on current research, current medications, as well as supplements and holistic practices. He pays attention to the small details, and always gives you enough of his time to ask questions. He provides his patients with a complete examination at every visit, from head to toe. He makes sure that you understand your diagnosis, medication, and treatment. A testament to his strength of character is that his staff has been working with him for a very long time. You are not just a patient in his Practice you are a human being . He has never shown any arrogance and always shows interest in his patients. He even answers his phone when his staff is otherwise occupied with other duties. I always look forward to my visits, as I know that I will be taken care of with kindness and respect. I would wish that everyone could have a Doctor like Dr. Leech, who is the very essence of what all of us want and need in our Physician. There are several times that my Dr, David Leech, has gone above and beyond what regular doctors do!! I fell and had a hole in my leg that needed to heal! He and his nurse saw me every week for quite awhile, trying to get it to heal. They took the dressing off, made sure it was sanitized and redid the dressing. He also took a call from me on a Saturday when noone else would have answered their phone. I had a horrible cough that sounded almost like I had pneumonia! He stayed on the phone with me while I took my temp and did a Covid test and when he was sure I didn't have Covid, he prescribed an antibiotic that did the trick! He's been my Dr for years and I appreciate everything he's done! Some was even before he went into MDVIP, but that's why I decided to stay with him after he did. I've also referred a couple of friends who are on a waiting list with him.

As a primary care physician, I am committed to the well-being of my patients. I believe in the power of preventive health measures to help enhance lives. My philosophy centers on a proactive approach to healthcare, education and personalized care.

By building stronger doctor-patient relationships, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and participating in their healthcare journey.

Through comprehensive screenings and having more time to spend with patients, I can work with them to develop unique action plans as they pursue their health goals. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

Ultimately, my goal is not only to review illness, but foster partnerships with patients and support them as they work to improve their health.

Dr Leech has been my primary physician for 9 years so far, and I could never say enough good things about him and his staff. They are always thorough, consistent, and compassionate. They tend to be quite busy, so I'm not sure if there are ever openings, but I would recommend taking a spot when there is one. As a bonus, the reading material in the waiting room is certainly the best I've ever seen!

My Physician is the best Doctor that I have ever had, and I have been fortunate enough to have had a few good doctors. No matter what I go in for, my doctor checks my entire body. Not just blood pressure and temperature, he listens to my heart and lungs, checks my ears, throat , and abdomen. He has always done this. His staff gives me appointments whenever I need one in a very timely fashion. The office is decorated for every holiday, and is very clean. I am never kept waiting longer than 5 minutes. They are all professionals and run a great practice. I am a Dental Hygienist ( retired) so I appreciate not having to wait! Dr. Leech listens to every word I say and offers his opinion or support. He remembers where I work and where my children live. His entire office treats me like I am part of the family. Whenever I talk about my appointments with friends or family they always wish that they were patients and received the kind of care that I get from Dr. Leech and his staff. Offices like this don’t exist anymore, which is a terrible shame. Even before MDVIP, his office was like this. You never feel rushed or uncared about. Every concern, question, or conversation is always welcome and important to him and his team. He stays current with medical information and holistic practices. He can give you advice on any subject, and if he isn’t able, he will take the time to learn about it and get back to you. He is always upbeat, and is never condescending. I can’t imagine what I will do when he retires. I honestly feel so blessed that I am lucky enough to be one of his patients. It was pure luck that he was recommended to me and that he had an opening. It was a big financial issue for me to stay with him when he joined MDVIP, but he’s worth every cent. I appreciate the extra tests that are performed, and I am happy that I made the decision to stay. If I ever move to be closer to my family I will definitely look for another MDVIP Practice. I doubt that I will ever find another Doctor like Dr. Leech, I don’t even know if they exist anymore.
