My wife had been using Dr McMullen for many years and loved her. I ‘POO-POO’d anything like MDMVIP where you had to pay money to spend money… :) I lost my GP of many years and was at a loss as to where to turn. After much nagging :) no, not nagging - discussions, I decided to go ahead and sign up with MDMVIP &Dr McMullen. Three days later… I awoke with an unmentionable pair of appendages swollen to a size that was not to be believed. So in I go, with my same day MDMVIP benefit and was examined and prescribed a regimen of medication to alleviate the problem. Two days later, my entire body was swelling, I’d gained over 20 pounds! I called Dr McMullen and was told in no uncertain terms to go to the ER - NOW. Do not pass go, do not collect $100! Tests were run & it was determined I have congestive heart failure and I was anemic because almost all of my minerals were low. My iron & calcium being critically so. Over several days of diuretics, blood transfusions and many IV infusions of iron & other minerals I returned to normal, felt great(a little weakened) & looked forward to returning home and resuming my most wonderful life pursuing whatever interest me. Just like a blonde Golden Retriever with ADD :) Thru all of this Dr McMullen was there/is here - with me providing excellent health care and advice on everyday issues & concerns. She truly listens and seems to me to care for the wellbeing of her patients. If you’re looking for a doctor with these qualities, a NO-BS attitude the she is the doctor for you and I highly recommend her to you.

I have known my Good Doctor for more than twenty years making it difficult to remember one special time with her. I feel every visit to her office is special and she has always shown me so much respect. Her nurse is wonderful. I appreciate her kindness as well as her honesty and since I may be a little hard headed she gets down to basics and explains changes. My Good Doctor has been with me as I have grown older and helped me understand the changes in my life. She helped me continue to work full time until I was 78 years of age. As a family physician, my greatest reward is the relationship between myself and my patients. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

I am a board-certified family physician in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. I have been in practice in the area since 1999. In addition to general family practice, I have a passion for bariatric medical care and hormone therapy. I have courtesy privileges at Houston Methodist Sugar Land and Memorial Hermann Sugar Land hospitals.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade to Dr.mcmullin. But for the past few years when you schedule an appointment with her your really scheduling an appointment with a different doctor everytime. The last few days I’ve had problems with the receptionist hanging up in my face when I come to them with a few complaints. I was told just to come up to the office for the second day in a row an when I do she super disrespectful an would not tell me her name. I am no longer a patient here purely based off their customer service. They need a new staff upfront or to learn how to deal with their mistakes professionally.

I then got told that my blood results weren't viable but without an explanation as to the problem, and I would have to come back in. I have been a patient of Dr. McMullen for about 14 -15 years and love her. She has always worked with me and helped me alot with my medical issues/payments since I don't have insurance. I don't know what has happened to the front office staff though as they have been pretty rude and non caring it seems. I have never had these kind of issues before until recently. Very disappointed with this staff and if this was corrected I would give 5 stars. I feel like an object to them at the office. However again Dr. MCMULLEN is definitely worth having as a doctor and I wouldnt trade her for another. Thankful to God for her.

Being referred by NP Spears for two expensive procedures and she won’t even read the report when received. Will not waste my time at this office nor will my family. I came to Houston from New Orleans, after Katrina. When I needed medical attention. I went to Dr. McMullen's office. She greeted me with a bedside manor one longs for in a doctor. Always a pleasant smile and a joyful heart. We connected and communicate until this day. Every time I visit, I get excited because of the loving care I am going to receive, and the staff welcomes me as beautifully as doc does. Being clear, this is a great practice were you get professional care, also a laugh and a smile. Never an uninspired moment with everyone in the office and patients. Professional in every way. I invested in the MDVIP program because I have a lot of medical needs & the idea of having Dr McMullen on speed dial was worth every penny. Every time I call whether its something I’m very concerned about or something small, like maybe I’m over reacting because of all my medical conditions she is always there to diagnose over the phone & is patient with what I’m feeling & never dismisses it as just anxiety. The stress of not having to make an appointment & needing the attention immediately with also getting prescribed medication over the phone has been so beneficial. Whether its after hours, whatever the time you’re her priority. I’ve also needed to make an appointment at the last minute, sometimes same day & it’s never been an issue....first in line. Dr McMullen has been a great doctor for us. As we age with all the creaks and crackling she has helped us to stay as healthy as possible.
Dr McMullen treated my wife for a series of UTIs and has her on a preventive plan that is really working.
