My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Marcus Welby, M.D. was a devoted family physician who took care of all his patients’ needs and even made home visits. As an MDVIP-affiliated primary care physician I can be that kind of doctor; providing personalized healthcare for you and your family. Being in the best of health takes work, from both of us, and I will partner with you to help reach your personal goals and stay healthy. You have enough things to think about each day; worrying about your quality of healthcare shouldn’t be one of them.

I have been a physician for over 30 years, first in Chicago, and now Oak Ridge where I see patients from the city and surrounding areas. My favorite part of being a doctor is taking care of generations of families and guiding them through life’s healthcare challenges and miracles. From diabetes and nutrition, to women’s health and well-baby visits; it’s about being your doctor for life. I do my best to keep you and your family out of the hospital, but if you do need to be hospitalized I am affiliated with Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Taking care of you is my top priority and by taking the time to focus on prevention and wellness you’ll get more out of your visits and more out of life.

First of all to Dr. Fabricus, Thank You so much! You are the best doctor I have ever had.

Just recently I had another stroke. Dr. Fabricus has bent over backward to see that I have the best of care. She has sent me to The Mayo clinic for expert care. She has been attentive and actually cares about me.

Without MDVIP and Dr. Fabricus I don't know where I be. They both have… See more

I love Dr Fabricius. She is always willing to spend as much time as I need and if she doesnt have an answer she will search and get information before I leave her office. I do alot of herbal and holistic treatments and she is willing to learn and never tells me its quackery.

from Molly in TN March 6, 2018 for Diane Fabricius, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Fabricius seems to always go the extra mile and truly care for me and my family. She is responsive and stays in touch. She does her homework and gets back to you, which is much appreciated. My whole family has been with her for going on 14 years and she has helped us through a lot. Lastly, I want to say that she is open to, and interested in, a holistic view of health, and always has been… See more

I have known Dr Fabricious for many years and have always appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail in her dealing with my health. When she made the change to MDVIP a couple of years ago, I thought long and hard as to whether I felt it would be worth it to switch to this type of healthcare. I have found the same level of attention, but find she seems more relaxed during our… See more

Dr. Fabricius has been my primary physician for several years but I was seen by her very capable nurse practitioner. When attending the information meeting about the switch to the MDVIP program I introduced myself to Dr. F. I knew right away we would have a great relationship and I was inspired by her gentle nudging to get me onto the road to wellness. The switch from treating illness to… See more

Dr. Fabricius is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. I feel the path she has me on is helping me to feel better and be the best I can be. I enjoy not being on a lot of medication and she respects that but will also tell me when she thinks I should be on some. She will take as much time with me as I need.
