Dr. Smith makes you feel like you are her only patient. She listens carefully and asks pertinent questions that gives me the best medical attention. Always takes my call. I am healthy because she treats the whole patient; nutrition, exercise and any medical issues that need to be addressed. I hope she does not retire during my lifetime. Fabulous doctor!!
Never too busy for me. Have her cell number in case of emergency (Christmas weekend and got a bladder infection.) Love the Cleveland clinic exam.
Dr Smith is always ready to listen and try to help with any problem I may have.
She works with me even if I am inthe hospital under another doctor. She is not invasive just caring.

Dr. Karen is wonderful! She is compassionate, understanding and thorough. My office visits are always on time and handled with the utmost care. I love that we connect by text. I had to call the Dr. Smith's office twice because of a health issue and right away I received a response. One call was during the Christmas holidays!

I would never have known until it was too late that my A1C was high if not for the extensive testing through MDVIP. Then, Dr Smith spent hours educating me as to how to correct it to avoid becoming diabetic. She is a great educator as well as a genuinely caring physician and Im blessed to be a part of her medical practice. Her staff is competent, warm, and always pleasant.
