Dr. Kling has been my family doctor for a long time! My mom and sister also go to her!! She is amazing and truly cares about her patients. She takes care of all your needs, answers all of your questions, and her office staff is awesome too!! I’m so glad my mom got referred to her by a friend so many years ago. We are so lucky to have such a caring doctor!!

This should be a 0 star, but Google wont let me. Don't bother with this doctor unless you have $ 2000 to spare. This practice just joined a program where, on top of the fees you're already paying, they want another $ 2000, YEARLY! I waited a week while this doctor was on hiatus to finally hear from the office, and this is what I'm greeted with? I know the system is broken, but this is absurd.

Doctor was very personable and I got the sense that she truly cared about my well being. I've been trying to find a doctor that runs an independent practice so I don't feel like I'm on an "assembly line" of patients. The wait time is what you can expect......20-45 minutes.......but its the same that you see with other large offices, and at least I know I'll get the same amount of time as everyone else.

Dr. Kling is the sweetest and one of the most knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever known. She is always there with answers and reassurance - it doesn’t matter what time or day! We recently did a thorough physical and the report was about 30 pages long with full detail. She went through this report page by page, and section by section with me and truly made me feel like I was family to her. She is a doctor who genuinely does care about her patients and their health. this was a necessary review because the light must be shined on those in the medical field who are dedicated and give 100%. I appreciate you Dr. Kling!! Thank you for everything.

Best doctor I've ever had! My husband even switched to her and now our kids go to her as well. I recently moved an hour away and will happily make the drive to her knowing I will always get treated well, expertly diagnosed, not over charged, and not to mention having a doctor you feel comfortable talking to. Thank you Dr.Kling!

Listens, Listens, listens to everything you say. Has good insight to my care and makes daily hospital visits. Was in touch with my family every day I was hospitalized. Her care and expertise is second to none. Would never go to anyone else.

Worse behavior from adults I have ever seen. Kept insisting we always come back for “check ups” not needed. And let me add this is when my family had insurance.... visits were fine...they ALL are rude snippy. Not personalbe. Then one day recently I had gotten diagnosed with a rare blood disorder and needed the results.I have been sick for years, she visited a few times n the hosp, thought was nice of her now I’m thinking it was to collect money! I haveno more insurance offered to pay cash for a visit for my results and the woman on the phone treated me like garbage said I wasn’t a patent I had no insurance??!! Blows my mind how uncaring they can be! Shame on u and ur company u keep!

My husband found this wonderful caring doctor. If she cant care for us, than she makes sure that we have the best doctor who can. She is not afraid to say this is not my expertise. She will take the time that she possibly can for me now. The staff is busy, but always a pleasant
welcome ,and I sure cannot complain about charges, and I know that she will be sure to check on me for my hospital visits. 5 stars all the way

Dr. Marsha Kling has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 30 years. She has been very helpful, compassionate, caring and just delightful to have as a doctor. She is very through and cares for each and every one of her her patients. When it is not within her field of practice, she does not hesitate to send you to the right field of expertise and then follows up immediately. I can honestly say, if she were to leave her practice, I would be extremely upset.

Been with Dr. Kling for many years. I don't feel rushed and she truly listens to my concerns and gives direction for a healthier life.

Dear Dr Kling, you have failed your long term patients. My mother was a patient of yours and got your letter about your practice going to 600 patients for $2000 a year. Well, you provided referrals. Had you not failed your patients by moving to such an absurd arrangement, the issues my mother of facing now probably would have been caught had she still been seeing her trusted doctor. You forced your patients to make a decision for their health care thus leaving them high and dry. I hope you learn from this and have lost a large number of patients. Oh, and she keeps getting letters asking her to join! No thanks!

Went to Dr. Kling for many years and she was a good doctor. Past few years she could have cared less if she even touched me during a physical told her that my hair was falling out and her immediate answer was go see dermatologist . every year at my physical she would ask me if I was a fast foodie. Can’t afford to pay an extra $2000 a year for that.

Tried calling to make an appointment as a new patient, was put on hold and forgot about.

Then the woman on the phone immediately asks me what my health insurance is? I tell her BCBS and ask if I can make an appointment and then go over health insurance information later. She gives me a different phone number to discuss how health insurance has changed within this office and hangs up on me?

Terrible customer service right off the bat with a potential new patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Kling for over 30 years. I have friends that have gone to her. She is very caring and gives you her full attention. I love that I can text her any time to ask questions. She is one of the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

More interest in making money than accurate medical records. Many errors made by staff that the doctor refused to acknowledge or correct. Refused to forward my records to my next doctor.

I have not been to the doctors in years. Dr Kling and her office staff made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I explained to everyone I was nervous but they all assured me I was going to be ok. I also like the fact that they are all women in the office too. I will be going back on a yearly basis for my checkups.

They are always helpful. Dr. Kling has been my doctor for over 20 years. Always has a great attitude. The nurses are always very helpful as well.

Dr Kling is friendly,staff is pleasant & always gets me in on time..However,my #1 for doctors is,knowing what tests to order,when to treat aggressively & when alternate treatments without surgery are best.This is where she is heads beyond your general cold & sniffles doctor.I had a very potentially life ending situation this summer & she referred me to a specialist oncologist, but was also there all the way.If you want a doctor that knows the full spectrum,hopefully she has room in her practice for you.To say I trust her with my life is 100% true!I'll wait 5 minutes in the waiting room for quality care.Love you,Dr Kling!KJ

A wonderful doctor that cares about her patients.

We are extremely happy with our physician Dr. Marcia Kling. We can't imagine going anywhere else for healthcare. She is always pleasant, attentive, answers all our questions, generous with her time and we would be lost without her. She has been our doctor for many years and we are so thankful that we found her. We could not give her a higher recomendation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marcia Kling for over a decade now. I was referred to her by a family member back in 2013 when I was looking for a good Doctor.
Over the years her and her team have gotten to know me and I them. They have been there through many challenges health wise and general support wise.
I refer to her as my everything Doctor because over the years I have gained so much trust and respect for her and her knowledge. I have a hard time trusting someone or anyone when it comes to my health and anything personal. I gained trust with her and her team.
I belong to the MDVIP program Dr. Kling became a part of in 2023. I chose to stay with her and her team because I knew the value of care, compassion, and dedication she and the girls have for their patients.
I tell her everything I do and take when I have any health concerns, and she listens and talks with me about everything going on with my health while still treating me like a friend, a family member.

Just recently I was involved in a life-threatening ATV accident. When I arrived at Troy Beaumont the staff made sure to notify my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kling. I always knew I was in the best possible care I could be with Dr. Kling, but this was a whole different level of a health concern.

The hospital notified Dr. Kling and first thing in the morning she had already called the hospital multiple times!
Got in touch with the nurse's who had my information and all of my current status.
She called me personally to make sure first that I was ok, asked me every question possible so she could get the best idea of what was happening.
I needed to get in touch with specialists, personally I did not understand the severity of the accident I had been in. I knew I was in pain and lucky to be alive, but I did not know yet the shape I was in.
In talking with Dr. Kling, she knew who to reach out to, and that it needed to be done sooner than later, she got in contact with my husband for additional details.
Dr. Kling then called the ENT ( ear nose and throat doctor) Dr Boulis, who because of her and her sense of urgency came to the hospital that morning to see me personally to assess the situation.
Dr Boulis and Dr. Kling communicated, and both knew I needed to get into the ENT office right away.
Dr. Boulis got me in that day, cleaned out my ear canal the best he could at the time, started me on a medication routine to prevent infection and reduce the massive amount of swelling. Dr. Boulis did thorough inspection of my ear canal and gave me all the possible information he could at the time. I am beyond thankful at Dr. Kling's sence of urgency and knowledge on who to contact.
Dr. Kling is staying involved on my healing journey and making sure to connect me with the corresponding specialists while staying up to date and informed on my journey and wellbeing.
I have always been proud to call her my doctor and I refuse to go to anyone else without her referral. I trust her with my health and my plan of care.

For the past 11 years she has helped me from everything to body aches, covid treatment, headaches, common sicknesses that scared me, broken/ fractured bones, mental health treatment and she always refers me to a specialist for those concerns when needed, however I value her measure of care the most, and prefer to see her for everything.

I could not ask for a better Doctor with a better team of women working together.

Dr Marcia Kling is a wonderful, kind special human being who is committed to giving 100% to her patients. She is compassionate, really listens and remembers what you’ve told her. I feel so fortunate to have Dr Kling as my primary doctor.

Any bad reviews on here are totally wrong. Yeah you might not get into see her right at your appointment time, but that's because she spends so much time with each patient. So plan accordingly. Been my family doctor since I was little. I haven't been able to find another doctor that takes the time to know you like she does and it makes a difference in the quality of treatment you receive.

Dr. Kling is absolutely amazing! And the MDVIP program just adds to her amazingness! Yes there's the additional fee, but let me tell you - if you value your health IT IS WORTH IT! The extra blood tests through Cleveland Heart Lab that come with the MDVIP program saved my husband from having a heart attack that would not have been found otherwise. Our sons (20 & 16) adore her - she's helped my family in so many ways. We owe so much to her. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Kling!
