This is an odd one - I had to leave the practice once the new fees kicked in, so for one year I had a 'lesser' physician. I went to my annual check-up and as I was walking to my car, I literally stopped in my tracks and had a true moment of clarity! THAT was my physical?!? They didnt do anything! In that moment I realized if I wanted to stay on top of my health, I had to figure out a way to go back to the best Dr in Dallas - Dr Mark Fleschler! The core of personalized health care is an excellent patient-doctor relationship. Time and communication are key elements to evaluating the whole individual. As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I have the time to listen to my patients in order to fully understand their unique life experiences, address their needs and concerns, perform a comprehensive medical screening examination and develop a personalized health and wellness plan that I would not be able to provide in a traditional medical practice.

I am a native Dallasite and have practiced internal medicine and geriatrics for over 30 years. I am board certified in internal medicine with added qualifications in geriatrics. My practice is based at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. My expertise includes cardiovascular medicine, diabetes, hypertension and preventive medicine.

I have achieved many awards and accolades over the years, but my greatest satisfaction comes from my patient interactions. Let me help you reach your personal goals for your health and well-being.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
