My husband and I met with dr Clifford together to discuss if he thought he could help me determine the cause of my iron deficiency anemia, low hemoglobin, and almost daily blood loss. We also discussed some other symptoms such as leg swelling (fluid retention). He assured us he would help determine the cause by running many tests and recommending the best doctors in the area. His wife showed us a book of all of the tests I would get and told me how these tests alone are worth far more than the year’s fee. This sounded incredible. I paid for half the year, $800, and signed up with him on the spot!

Fast forward to two weeks later. I met with him regarding my test results. He asked me if I was new to MdVIP and if this was my first physical. Didn’t he remember me from two weeks prior?

He raved that my cholesterol was the best he’s ever seen and my heart health was great. He reviewed results of pen and paper questionnaires I took. Still, nothing pertained to my symptoms. I asked how my blood count was. He never even ran a CBC or iron panel! Isn’t a complete blood count a part of any standard physical? He ran 1/4 of the promised tests. He had no answers regarding my symptoms nor did he have test results that even pertained to possible reasons for my symptoms. He barely ran any of the promised blood tests.

When I asked him to do a CBC and iron panel, he told me I had to pay extra for these tests. What did I pay $800 for? I agreed to the tests anyway. And by the way, all of the tests came back abnormal.

Why did he say he could help when he didn’t even run blood tests that pertain to my symptoms? He didn’t recommend a GI doctor to help get to the root of my bleeding. He did nothing he promised. I thought I had finally found a doctor who cared and was able to help. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr Clifford has been our family physician for 15 years. A great doctor and caring individual.

Extremely rude staff, just hung up on me when I said I was a new patient. Avoid at all cost!

I really liked Dr. Clifford, until he decided to berate me and my pregnant wife.

Dr. Clifford took care of my sweet mother-in-law for many years and was always so kind and patient with her. She was mostly blind and was very hard of hearing but he made her feel like a queen when she entered his office. His staff was always extremely kind and comforting to her. During her last days he spent time with her and monitored her. Our family could not have asked for a more caring and attentive doctor and staff. We are very grateful for the care she received. I highly recommend Dr Clifford for patients of all ages.

Dr. Clifford is a wonderful doctor. He is always available and attentive to all my medical needs. He is very compassionate and skilled, takes time to listen and then discuss treatment.

If you can find the $$$ then an MDVIP physician is the way to go. The cost per day is comparable to a small latte from your favorite coffee shop. The attention and care that you receive from the doctor and their staff is worth every dollar.

Dr. Clifford is an amazing physician! He's gives you his undivided attention and focuses on wellness and prevention! My mom is on Medicare is going to meet him soon . She has struggled to find someone who will listen and give her the time she deserves and I'm excited to know he accepts Medicare patients.

Dr. Clifford is a fine doctor and a good friend. I would recommend him to anyone looking for first class medical care and personal attention. His staff is very competent and courteous and eager to help. Laura is the best.

I feel jealous for all the clients that still have him as a doctor lol. He was our family's doctor for over a Decade. When my fathers health insurance changed I had to go over to Kaiser which is the Walmart of health insurance... Once I hit 26 this year and have to pay for insurance myself, hopefully I am able to choose my doctor because I want to be under his care if I can. I personally feel that he is one of the top doctors in the Marietta/Kennesaw area.

My doctor is great. He spends a lot of time with me.
He listens to my concerns and puts his professional
advise hat on and goes to work to treat me. I feel so much better after he has treated me. He is kind and gentle and is most upbeat. I am getting the best care ever!

Wonderful Physician, very compassionate individual. If you are looking for a doctor in today's healthcare environment who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond, then this is where you want to be. Always available and never makes you feel you are just another number. Spends as much time as needed to insure he has all the facts to treat you properly! Also, calls and follows up after the visit. Not many doctors like him left in today's healthcare industry.

My relationship with my doctor is like two friends!
He makes me feel very comfortable with every issue that I am facing with and he makes himself available no matter what,nights,weekends and so on.

Dr. David Clifford has been our family physician for over 15 years now. We absolutely adore him. He is personable, very knowledgeable and professional. His experience and analytical skills are outstanding. He has helped so much, especially in a very close situation with a family member experiencing dangerously high blood pressure. Love his Aussie accent, but he can be a bit hard to understand. We also love his staff and the Nurse Practitioners Suanne and Morgan.

I was recently hospitalized for dehydration, was in panic mode so called Dr Clifford who let me know I was in the best place I could be in. Just his voice and my BP started dropping.

For many years, I had primary care physicians, who did not seem to know me very well. I was healthy, but on the rare occasions I became ill. I was very dissatisfied with the care I got.
My doctors never seemed to listen to me, and they certainly did not know me or my history. When Covid hit, I spent the entire first year extremely afraid I would get it and receive poor care. And then at the beginning of 2022, a friend told me he had a good doctor and that he was enrolled in MDVIP. I decided to try it. I selected a doctor as near as possible to my home.
I could not be any more pleased with my choice! Dr Clifford is very caring. I now no longer fear that I will not get care when I need it. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens. During my first year with him, I received a really good report from my first ever thorough physical, but there were some things we needed to address.
I also had a scary (to me) health situation, where I needed to see him several times. He sent me for lots of tests and always saw me when needed. He called and explain the results of all tests as soon as he got them.
This proved to me that he was going to help me if ever anything was needed.
I consider MDVIP fee to be some of the best money I have ever spent.

I have never had a PC physician like Dr. Clifford who took the time to get to know me, answers all of my questions, and explains things in a way that I can understand. … and a top notch beside manner.

Dr. Clifford, or "Doc" as I call him, is a throwback to what a doctor should be. I come from a medical family, my grandfather was the doctor for a small town and Doc Clifford reminds me of him. He takes the time to listen to you, explain things to you and he cares with great follow up service. If you're looking for a doctor that practices medicine the way it should be done, you can't go wrong with Dr. Clifford.

I've known Dr Clifford for more than 20 years when he was with a different practice. I went to the office but was unable to see him, so I was treated by a different physician. Apparently, Dr Clifford saw me there and called me at home that evening to ensure I received the care I needed. Whenever I have to go in for care, Dr Clifford takes the time discuss everything that is going on and ensures that I am satisfied prior to leaving. Best Dr ever!

Not Accepting New Medicare Patients, Only New Private Pay!!

DR CLIFFORD IS A FRIEND AND A DOCTOR TO ME. HE LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE YEARS AGO WHEN MANY OTHER DOCTORS JUST DOWNPLAYED MY SYMPTOMS, LEAVING ME WITH AN INTESTINAL LEAK THAT ALMOST KILLED ME. HE IS KIND AND PATIENT AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS. I CANNOT IMAGINE MANAGING MY HEALTH WITHOUT HIM AND HIS STAFF. SIMPLY THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD AND I AM 57 YEARS OLD.

Called to make Appt as new patient. Husband and I were going to get physicals. They told me it would be $1600 for the family? they said it was a wellness program and you can have same day appts. So basically looking for more money. No thanks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clifford for almost 20 years and there's good reason. He has a sincere interest in my health and well-being and provides excellent care for me and my family. If you are looking for a PCP that is in MDVIP, look no further.

The best dr. I ever had

Dr. Clifford is always there for me. Over the 25 years that he has been my doctor, I have always felt taken care of. He has made the appropriate referrals and followed up with subspecialists. I am glad he is in my corner!

I had Dr Clifford as my PCP for over fifteen years.
During that time I got to like him but
I did notice that he never actually does any
doctoring. If he finds something wrong with you
he sends you to a specialist every time.
Anyone could do that .
Also he seemed to spend a lot of time
discussing how little money he was making,
how old his car was etc., which I considered
to be unprofessional.
He misdiagnosed me as having a hernia
one time and sent me to a surgeon, but upon
examination the surgeon said that I absolutely
did not have a hernia. When I told Dr. Clifford this ,
instead of being glad for me , he was very defensive
and told me how well he was trained.
It has now been ten yrs and I still haven’t had to
have a hernia operation. He was wrong but would
never admit it.
Dr Clifford was often over an hour late in seeing me
and I would sometimes be upset at that.
We aren’t allowed to show any displeasure with
king Clifford so he told me he was going to
quit seeing me.
I was actually fine with that.
The doctors I have seen since do not complain
about their income, and most of the time they
actually do their own doctoring .
I don’t think Clifford is much of a doctor.

Dr Clifford is one of the very best primary care physicians in Marietta. I only wish I had joined MDVIP earlier. No matter when or what problem I have Dr Clifford is always concerned and takes a person interest in my healthcare. He has been a blessing.

I've been seeing Dr Clifford since I moved to Atlanta about 20 years ago. He literally saved my life after I had a thyroidectomy and my endocrinologist refused to listen when I told him my Synthroid dosage was too low. I was self medicating to just get by, and horribly depressed. Dr Clifford helped me to find the correct dosage. In one year, I went from being barely able to wake up in the mornings, to attending Martial arts classes regularly, which has changed my life. I have black belts in two Martial arts systems, and I haven't needed medication for depression since then. I owe all of my success to him.

I have been going to the Doc for several years now and have been very satisfied with the level of attention. On a few occasions when I needed to see a specialist he was there to get the quick appointment for me. Often that would take weeks or longer. I would heartily recommend his practice to anyone considering MDVIP.

Dr. Clifford has been our family doctor for 15 years. He is simply the best physician and an awesome person. He listens to his patients and cares about them. May God keep him in good health so that he can continue taking care of our health.

Doctor Clifford is the best doctor I have ever had. He is a friend and a healer.

No experience with this doctor other than trying to set up a new appointment. Lady on the phone was polite. When you she told me I have to pay an annual fee just to see him, I said "no thanks". The fee through MDVIP is $1,650.
