I believe that we all have different gifts and talents. For me, I have been given the gift of teaching and healing. I have an innate sense for identifying problems and illness in people and communicating them in understandable ways. Looking each person in the eye I give you my undivided attention. Dr. Isaeff has always treated me with utmost respect and care. He has spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and educating me on medical advice specific to my needs based on my bloodwork and medical history, such as nutrition and weight loss.
He obviously stays on top of the latest medical information by reading, studying medical journals, and attending workshops/conferences. He shares up to date information with me that he thinks might apply to me.
Any time he has sent me to a specialist for broken foot, colonoscopy, etc, it is obvious the other professionals hold him in professional esteem by the kind remarks they’ve made. (Each one he’s sent me to have also been top doctors in their field, as well.) His staff have arranged the referrals and set up timely appointments for me. He has followed up with those specialists and checked on me, sharing and interpreting results with me making sure I understand and feel satisfied.
The staff of Dr. Isaeff are also fantastic! The people who work for and with him are extremely professional, yet friendly and personable. Each one has always greeted me by name and gives me more respect and attention than I’ve ever received in a medical office. They, as well as the doctor himself, make me feel as if I am their only patient and their personal friend. I know they are very busy and yet they take time to make me feel special! I’m sure they do this with all of their patients, this is very rare!
I drive 150 miles one way to see Dr.Isaeff because I have moved and just will not even try to find a replacement dr. Any time I call or text the office or even the doctor personally, the response is practically immediate with an apology for not responding faster! This is so uncommon! I truly appreciate the care I get from Dr. Isaeff as well as his staff.
What a wonderful doctor we have in San Antonio, his staff are extremely helpful and fun to visit with. Mark really listens to me and he has a gentle way of helping me understand how to take better care of myself. I would recommend him to friends and family.
