Meet Vicki Bralow, DO
As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I utilize the annual wellness program and extended visits to develop personalized care plans with my patients. We manage chronic medical problems with healthier lifestyles that include whole foods, exercise, stress reduction techniques, risk factor reduction, vitamin supplements and medication when necessary. I provide education about ketogenic diets, paleo diets, low-carb diets, reading food label ingredients and understanding the nutritional value in the foods we eat. We learn how exercising to burn fat mass differs from exercise to improve core strength for balance. Many patients are now in control of chronic medical problems like Lyme disease, depression, anxiety, digestive disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer and heart disease rather than those problems controlling them.
I am board-certified in family medicine and am a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. My hospital affiliations include Pennsylvania Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and I have developed close relationships with many of their top specialists. I speak to them directly about my patients' acute medical needs and can often schedule appointments quickly. My personalized healthcare practice is in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Philadelphia near historic Society Hill, Queen Village, Midtown Village and Washington Square. Our South Street location is vibrant and diverse, and the office is sunny and colorful with views of our community garden.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

This is Michael, using my wife's phone . I am very impressed with Dr. BRALOW. She has personal relationships with all the specialists she has referred me to. I have serious maladies including CHF, diabetes, COPD and failed total hip replacement. Her care has been excellent. Her Office staff although busy has always treated me with respect, almost family like . They are all great, but one stands out as special, Nickie is an essential part of the practice. Become a member if you can.

Wasted a year of my life with medical gaslighting from Dr. Vicki Bralow. Symptoms ignored. Requests for referrals hopelessly stalled. Stupidly reported I did drink so she decided I was a worthless alcoholic undeserving of medical care and that all my issues stemmed from drinking and then went on to poison my other providers with her opinion. I should have trusted my gut when she continually interrupted me instead of listening.

Dr. Vicki Bralow has been my parents' physician since practically first becoming a doctor! My parents are now in their 80s and definitely have benefited from having a physician who knows them well. In our most recent crisis, Dr. Bralow has made herself very available and has gone the extra mile to see them in order to evaluate the situation. My sister and I very much appreciate her concern and personal attention and are grateful for her service.

If you attempt to engage this practice you are immediately referred to "MDVIP" service where salespeople attempt to get you to sign up for paying a premium to ostensibly receive a higher standard of care than what your health insurance covers. Dr. Bralow's office doesn't respond to simple email inquiries and if you call in the mid-afternoon they just have a dead-end automated message saying they are at lunch; you can't even leave a message for them. Thus far I'm not really seeing the value proposition of the MDVIP program as they seem to have much worse communication skills than even the worst HMO zoo.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bralow for a year now, during which time my wife has also become her patient. My wife had been suffering debilitating pain for several years from a condition that specialists at Penn, Temple and elsewhere had been unable to alleviate. Dr. Bralow found a doctor on Long Island who specializes in her condition and was able with surgery to give my wife her life back. We are both very grateful to Dr. Bralow for her care and attention to us as individuals rather than mere statistics.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Vicki Bralow. All my test results from specialist’s go to her and she discusses/explains all of my results with me. If you’re her patient; she knows you very well and treats you as an individual. You can text or call her 24 hours a day. She’s extremely thorough and doesn’t leave a stone unturned. I was in pain for 2 months and Dr. Bralow solved my problem and it went away. I feel “safe” because she’s my Dr.
