Many years ago when I first met Dr Bruno she was so kind to me and always ready to listen. Forward a few years.. My husband became ill. He was very much determined not to agree with doctors. He had a stroke and I stopped in at her office on the way to the hospital. She immediately said bring him in here. He was a very difficult patient. She was the only one that he would ever listen to. And I know it was difficult for her to keep her cool at times. But she always did. I am now 83 years old and she has kept me in good health All these years. I am still very active. I’ve been with Dr. Bruno before MDVIP. Almost 25 years. In 2004, I had many unexplained episodes of different symptoms. On a Monday morning in December of 2004, I called the office for an appointment and with Dr. Bruno’s urgency for concern, got me in with her, then to a second opinion doctor within the same week. Although both agreed with the results, we discussed and decided I’d go to MD Anderson in Houston for a 3rd and final opinion for a confirmation of multiple sclerosis. She has been with me and there for me ever since. In 2021, she also found and got me in for kidney cancer. She takes it upon herself to intervene and follow up whenever needed from any of my other doctors, staying on top of every visit and summary of results; offering to set up blood work, MRI’s, X-rays, scans, etc; whatever is needed in order for me to stay home and not travel so often. It doesn’t matter if it’s thru the week or on the weekend, in the day or in the nighttime, she will always answer the call or text. There are so many instances, moments, and times where she has shown her compassion and concern for me as a patient and her commitment as a doctor. When she switched to MDVIP, I thought I couldn’t afford to continue with her, but I also knew that I couldn’t afford not to. I am forever grateful for all she does and for the person that she is.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Without DR. Bruno I would not be in the upward swing on my health. Dr. Bruno has helped me in many ways. She has gotten me on the right medication for some of my illness that no other doctor was interested in treating. She has been there to listen when I have had some bad episodes.. I don't know what I would do with out her. She really cares about her patients.

It was very comforting to see her and she also showed a sincere concern for my well being.

Since my wife's first stroke in 1997, second stroke in 2003, and through her battle with diabetes, Dr. Bruno provided my wife and I with excellent care. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer (non small cell carcinoma) in 2011 and she is continuing to provide excellent care and support to me and my family. She has always been just a phone call away.
