I had a stroke. Three neurologist saw me and none of them would not tell me my probable prognosis. Dr. Allen said he thought I would probably be alright based on his decades of experience. This reassured me and inspired me to pursue my rehabilitation with enthusiasm. Dr. Allen was right. I have recovered.
I know my husband would want me to tell Dr. Allen how much he and I appreciated the care he took of him until his death.
