About Susan Ashley, MD
My goal is to focus on the whole patient with an emphasis on preventive care. I am board certified in family medicine and anti-aging and regenerative medicine. As such, I have experience in both chronic and acute disease, along with alternative medical therapies, weight management, nutritional therapy and supplements.
As your personal physician, I can partner with you to formulate your unique wellness plan to help as you pursue feeling that spark and vitality.
I also work with many dementia patients using a new protocol. In addition, my practice has worked with patients who have substance abuse concerns.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. Plus, the model helps me to spend me more time with my patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ashley’s for 10+ years …. I’ve referred several people to her practice simply because she’s knowledgeable, honest, and doesn’t push pharmaceuticals. If you are looking for a physician that treats you like a person vs a number; you should give Dr Ashley a visit.

I absolutely love this doctors office. They truly care about each patient and your needs. From the time you walk in with the receptionist, who is ready to check you in to the medical assistants who are so kind and always willing to help. Dr. Ashley, Sam, now Corinne who are three of the best physician you can find in the Spokane area. Also when you need an appointment, you get scheduled way sooner than anywhere else. You’re not waiting 6 months to see the doctor. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor, this is the place for you.

Do not recommend. Front desk staff/reception and support staff are terrible. Could hardly ever get through to talk to someone live. Numerous scheduling issues with reception. They lost my husband's lab work and never followed up with him.

A friendly staff to welcome as you come through the doors for your appointment. Waiting is minimal and Dr. Ashley is prompt in getting to the exam room. She is attentive and answers my questions, making recommendations for whatever my concerns are. Appointments go quickly! Positive all around😃

My wife and I found Dr. Ashley four years ago and instantly knew we had discovered the best! Dr. Ashley listens and evaluates the data and the whole patient before discussing a holistic approach to correcting the issue, and does not just address the symptoms. She is personable and uses a direct approach to address the problem. We had to move over three hours away for two years and still chose to make the drive and be seen by Dr. Ashley instead of by a local physician. If you truly desire to address the problem, Dr. Ashley and Family Medicine Liberty Lake should be your first choice.

Love Dr Ashley, Sara at Healthy Living and all the office staff. We drive from Walla Walla because we love it here so much! Used to be difficult to get through on the phone but that now is corrected. I highly recommend her office AND healthy living. Showed up one time with migraine to get my pellets and Sara hooked me up with an infusion and it nearly resolved my headache so I could drive home. They are ALWAYS very flexible with our schedule and arrange for us to have labs and/or imaging closer to our home. Telemetry is handy when we just need a face to face. Worth the 2 hour and 40 min drive!!!! Never feel rushed in the process. I have to disagree with negative reviews as that has not been our experience. Can't recommend enough.

I was thinking of trying this place until I saw the reviews. Yikes! Even the way this Dr. answers reviews sounds very unprofessional. I have heard before that their office does not respond to people and seem to not care. Reading these reviews confirms it... thank you people, you saved me!!! LOL

Made an appt for bloodwork and some other issues I’ve been having. Went to clean off the 8-10” of snow off and then start my car and the battery is dead. I call to reschedule and am told it’ll be $50 because it’s within the 24hr window. I was offered Telemed, but the main reason I made the appt was for my blood work, and they don’t even have anyone in office to do that so I would have to come in at a later date anyway. Oh and they’ve known since Monday they wouldn’t have anyone in office to do blood work all week. Why would you not call and reschedule me on your own so that I make one trip instead of two? I was already frustrated because of my car and the lack of compassion or forethought on their part is enough that I’ll find a new doctor. I’ve put up with so much between referrals never being sent in or being sent in incorrectly and that taking months to fix so that I can be seen.
