As a primary care physician, I am committed to the well-being of my patients. I believe in the power of preventive health measures to help enhance lives. My philosophy centers on a proactive approach to healthcare, education and personalized care.

By building stronger doctor-patient relationships, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and participating in their healthcare journey. 

Through comprehensive screenings and having more time to spend with patients, I can work with them to develop unique action plans as they pursue their health goals. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices.

Ultimately, my goal is not only to review illness, but foster partnerships with patients and support them as they work to improve their health.

When I had my hysterectomy, I didn’t think to tell Dr. Fenney, my primary care doctor. I stayed over night, and when I woke up at 6 am, he was standing at the foot of my bed with my chart in his hand. He had seen my name on a patient list and dropped by to check on me. I have been a nurse for 40 years and continue to work... but in a subacute area of Medicine after working in Critical Care most of my life. I have been blessed to have worked with exceptional physians throughout those years. My criteria for determining my professional as well as my personal opinions are based on "The Gold Standard" ..a term often used in medical and surgical spheres. Dr. Fenney provided medical care for my parents for many years. He was AMAZING in EVERY WAY!!! His professionalism, expertise, compassionate, and deeply personal and loving care for my beloved mom and dad has touched me deeply and I will never forget and never stop appreciating all that he has given of himself. He readily accepted my brother and myself as new patients into his busy practice. He provides us with the same incredible loving care he gave our mom and dad. Dr fenney and staff are wonderful.. I have been sick this year and i never have trouble getting an appointment.. or if I am out of town dr fenney calls me right back.. Dr fenney is so easy to talk too.. he has helped me with all my problems this year!! The best doctor.. and the staff is great!!

I love Dr.Fenney. I am alone l, and have been with him for years. I am 83 and have been lucky enough to not have too many issues. But have had some family losses. He is sympathetic, talked with me, and issued what medications he felt I needed. Diane in the office is also great.
I have moved to California and definitely wish he was here. I have had a terrible time here getting to a primary doctor.

My mother has been seen by Dr. Fenney's office for the past 2 years and has only seen the doctor 2 times. My mother is bedridden so is seen every 3 months. The NP has been very condescending to both her and to me. The office has weird "rules". We needed the handicap paperwork filled out and Mom forgot to ask during her appointment. I ran back in to see if I could leave it with the doctor and have it filled out at his convenience. I could pick it up later. Nope, couldn't do that. Had to make ANOTHER appointment!!! I was just IN THERE!!!!!! UGH. Really wish we could find another office to go to. These people are not very helpful.
