that I would EVER have a female as my primary physician, but, Dr. Jana Massar is, by far, the coolest, most no nonsense doctor I have seen in my 77 years.

Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

She is accessible on a moments notice and clearly spends time getting to know her patients as both customers and on a deep level. Called on a weekend with the onset of the Flu. Dr. Massar called back in a matter of minutes and prescribed Tamiflu. This flu was really bad and quick action kept it from being worse.
Thank you for being so responsive! I read about all the people who died from this flu and fast action may have kept me from being one of them.
It brought me closer to my physician and keeps me engaged in the overall conversation about my health.
