I have been a patient of Dr. Renco's for over 15 years. While, gratefully, I have not had emergency needs, he has always made himself available should I have a question. He is quick to return a call and if he needs to consult or discuss with another physician, he provides detailed information. He keeps informed, makes recommendations (without lecturing), and clearly demonstrates… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
As one of a few internal medicine doctors in Louisville offering this personalized healthcare approach, I provide care that can help your health goals become a reality. Together we will work on an action plan for your health, so you do not need to do it on your own. I know the trust that patients place in their doctors, and I consider it an honor that my patients have chosen me as their physician. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices.
My primary care office is located at 9403 Westport Rd. with a satellite office at 250 E. Liberty St. in Louisville, KY. This allows me to serve the Greater Louisville area, including East End, Prospect, Anchorage, Middletown, Lyndon, St Matthews, LaGrange, Crestwood, Pee Wee Valley, Jeffersontown, The highlands, Germantown, Old Louisville and Southern Indiana. I am currently affiliated with Norton Healthcare, Baptist Healthcare and Jewish Hospital.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Renco
THIS IS NOT JUST ONE STORY ABOUT DR. RENCO BUT A TESTIMONIAL TO THE FACT THAT NOT ONCE IN THE YEARS DR. RENCO HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR HAS HE BEEN TO BUSY TO SEE ME WITHIN HOURS OF MY CALL. THE LAST TIME HIS STAFF SAID AT 9:00 AM CAN YOU BE HERE AT 10:00 AM. WHEN I CALL MY OTHER DOCTORS I USUALLY GET "CAN YOU COME IN NEXT WHATEVER DAY". WOW WHAT A DOCTOR.
I have been a patient of Dr. Renco for over 20 years, long before he became affiliated with MDVIP. When he made his transition it was an easy decision to stay with him. He is thorough and personable. It is a decision I am happy I made. He is thorough in his examinations and provides me with all the aspects of my health, and understands me and my health needs. I highly recommend Dr. Renco… See more
We were tired of doctors' offices that treated us like numbers and moved us in and out so quickly we couldn't even ask our questions much less get an answer to our questions. We'd had enough and found Dr. Renco. Even though we still have to use specialists who may or may not meet all our preferences, we wanted a primary care physician who would conduct himself differently in… See more

Dr. Renco has been my Doctor for almost 20 years. He has always been so good and kind and honest. There is no better Doctor and friend! A truly remarkable professional. Thank you Dr. Renco!
Dr Renco has helped us tremendiously in the last few months. Having his immediate contack cell phone number has given instant access to medical help when we needed it most. Also his follow up to cancel a medication I couldn't tolerate was over and beyond. He is a best friend as well as the one keeping us on the best track to good health.
Dr. Renco's insistence that I undergo a sleep study led to a finding of severe sleep apnea.
The ensuing and ongoing treatment using CPAP/BIPAC equipment has led to improved overall health and a reduction in hypertension medication. I deeply appreciate the ready availability and follow through.
BECAUSE MY HEALTH ISSUES ARE COMPLEX, DR. RENCO HAS TO OVERSEE MANY THINGS FOR ME. HE DOES SO EFFECTIVELY AND BECAUSE HE DOES, MY HEALTH IS BETTER AND MY PEACE OF MIND IS ENHANCED. I APPRECIATE ALL HE DOES FOR ME, FROM MAKING SURE I GET IN WHEN I NEED TO, TO FOLLOWING UP AFTER TESTING. THERE ARE MANY ORGANIZATIONS THAT WANT TO COME BETWEEN ME AND MY HEALTHCARE AND I BECAUSE I HAVE ACCESS TO… See more
Dear Dr. Renco,
Thank you for being there. Larry and I both feel secure in your care. You listen, evaluate and give good explanations about the diagnosis/recommendations. We are very happy we have switched to MDVIP. It gives us a peace of mind that some of our friends don't have. We recommend MDVIP often. Thanks, Viola
