Always listening to people complain about how upsetting it is to wait and wait to reach their dr... or even anyone to return a call from their office!!!!..Dr Allen not only returns calls and texts immediately after office hours, but his amazing staff (Janine and Ashley) does the same during office hours with answers and rx from doctor.

In 2018 I started falling on the floor without knowing why. I went to Dr. Joseph E. Allen ll office and explained the complications I was experiencing. Dr. Allen informed me he would request test to find out what was causing my faint spells. Dr. Allen did exactly what he said he would do. I applaud Dr. Allen for being a concern Physician regarding his patients.

Dr Joseph Allen is a very caring doctor. After 2 hospitalizations he called me everyday to check on me. That made me feel so well cared for. I love the time he is able to devote to patient care with the mdvip program .
