My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

I am a Savannah, Georgia native and have been a physician in Savannah for over 40 years. And for over five decades, my wellness strategies have helped thousands of patients regain their vitality through health. My personalized healthcare practice helps improves patients’ lives by building a new attitude on healthy aging and allows me to deliver care that simply is not available in most medical practices today.  

As an internist, my goal has always been to take the very best care of each patient and address his or her individual needs. With more time to assess and educate, I can identify and prevent potential health risks. Using the advanced screenings and tests in the MDVIP Wellness Program, we can focus on all areas of health, including heart health, diabetes prevention, bone health, fitness, nutrition, sleep and stress. Your time in my primary care practice will be better utilized to keep you healthy, and your care will be tailored to your unique needs. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time. Working together, we can achieve a better quality of life for you! 

I opened my private practice in 1979, joining my father, Dr. Jules Victor Jr, a beloved and well-respected member of Savannah’s medical community for over 60 years. I followed in my father’s footsteps of service in the Savannah community by serving as Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine of St. Joseph’s Hospital and also as President of the Medical Staff at St. Joseph’s. I am proud to be one of the five founding members of Southcoast Medical Group, where I was appointed Medical Director. I have been featured in Savannah Magazine and South Magazine’s Doctors Issue.
