My aim as your primary care internal medicine physician is to provide you with personalized wellness and preventive care in a warm and welcoming environment. I will work with you to help you achieve your personal health goals. I have years of experience in empowering my patients to improve their health and better manage their chronic conditions. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, I am able to combine my expertise and passion to provide my patients with personalized care and attention for their healthcare needs. Treating the whole person is an important part of my philosophy as a physician.

My MDVIP-affiliated practice is in Columbia, Maryland. I treat adult patients and have special interests in obesity management, women's health, diabetes and cardiovascular care. In my 29 years of practice in this area, I have close working relationships with local specialists. I will continue to work with them and the excellent Johns Hopkins hospitalist service at Howard County General for any necessary admissions. Similar to concierge medicine practices, I also offer conveniences like same- or next-day appointments and am reachable after hours for urgent problems.

I have lived and worked in Howard County, Maryland for almost 30 years and remain invested in the community. I see patients from Howard County and the surrounding Maryland counties. I speak Urdu, Hindi and Panjabi fluently.
