Connecting with patients on any level and speaking in a clear, straightforward yet empathetic way, is my communication style. Being entirely fluent in Spanish has enabled me to connect with more patients than I ever imagined. One of the best compliments I ever received from a patient was "you're really a regular guy who happens to be a doctor". This compliment means so much to me because I believe as a physician, communication is paramount. I also feel that earning your trust and respect starts with "walking the talk" in living a healthy lifestyle. I am an avid exercise enthusiast with a strong interest in sports medicine, which helps not only athletes but patients with any type of pain.
As a family medicine physician, with almost 20 years of experience in handling all types of chronic illnesses and doing numerous office procedures, I feel very confident in being your "quarterback" - the doctor who can handle multiple complex issues and coordinate care with the entire healthcare team. Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.

Dr Alec Anders is fully committed to his patients and provides medical care above and beyond any other care I have ever received. Dr Anders is one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. His "bed side manner" always seems to be focused on setting the patient at ease while also being honest with them about any conditions being discussed.

Once you get to the medical staff they are excellent! Dr. Anders is very attentive and I feel we are a team in my healthcare.
The office staff is "unfortunate" Rude and slow. I have been going here for over 5 yearsz and if was not for the top notch physicians and Physician assistants at this practice I would have left long ago..

A great doctor of epic proportions. Seriously. Takes the time to know the patient. Visits are unique Dr. Anders not only addresses current medical matters, but he and his team ask about other things to ensure the personal engine, transmission, and tires are all working well. Visits are more about the whole of the person than just the present medical condition. Although it can be the latter if you just want that. Dr. Anders spends time with the patient and there is tremendous value in that alone. The staff (Andrea and Carol) are top rated professionals. It is always a great experience visiting Dr. Anders' office I am pleased with the MD VIP 'experience' and membership. I 'followed' Dr. Anders from a prior practice (non MD VIP) to his present, personal practice, so we already had a doctor-patient relationship. But that only served as a starting point for what has become one of the best decisions I ever made.

Dr. Anders has been my primary care physician for at least a decade. I have followed him as he moved practice locations and finally to his MDVIP affiliation. The care and attention I receive is first rate. He goes out of his way to help me achieve my wellness goals. makes phone calls on my behalf to specialists as needed, and follows up on everything.

Dr. Anders has definitely made a significant improvement in my life. He has not only been a fantastic doctor but an endearing friend. I have never had a doctor who goes out of his way to make sure that I understand everything that has to do with my health and well-being. Dr. Anders went over all my numbers and explained each one of them. He also explained what I needed to do to maintain the good numbers and improve the numbers that exceeded the normal range. The physical consultation was conducted very professionally.

Working with Dr. Anders and his wonderful staff is like being in a 1960s television show about family doctors. He is a great doctor and genuinely cares about his patients, and this reflects itself in the staff he has caring for our family. It all has a personal touch and comes from the genuinely positive atmosphere around the practice that starts with Dr Anders and his attentiveness to people and their broader life situations relating to their health. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Anders for at least the last 20 years. We have followed him from his previous practice to his current practice because we have yet to find a doctor better than him. And I seriously doubt we ever will. His attention to his patients is unlike any I have seen from any other doctor and in times of crisis he is willing to drop everything and put all of his attention towards his patient. We have called him at all hours of the night and even on a Sunday afternoon and rather than getting a service he answers his phone and gives you his full attention. I have never heard of any other doctor who is willing to give that level of commitment to his patients. We hope that he doesn't retire anytime soon because we would like for him to be the last doctor we ever have.

Dr. Anders is simply the best physician that I have ever had in my life. He is so knowledgeable, so current in recent medical research, and his "bedside manner" with clients is remarkable.
