My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Marcus Welby, M.D. was a devoted family physician who took care of all his patients’ needs and even made home visits. As an MDVIP-affiliated primary care physician I can be that kind of doctor; providing personalized healthcare for you and your family. Being in the best of health takes work, from both of us, and I will partner with you to help reach your personal goals and stay healthy. You have enough things to think about each day; worrying about your quality of healthcare shouldn’t be one of them.

I have been a physician for over 30 years, first in Chicago, and now Oak Ridge where I see patients from the city and surrounding areas. My favorite part of being a doctor is taking care of generations of families and guiding them through life’s healthcare challenges and miracles. From diabetes and nutrition, to women’s health and well-baby visits; it’s about being your doctor for life. I do my best to keep you and your family out of the hospital, but if you do need to be hospitalized I am affiliated with Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Taking care of you is my top priority and by taking the time to focus on prevention and wellness you’ll get more out of your visits and more out of life.

Dr. Fabricius is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. I feel the path she has me on is helping me to feel better and be the best I can be. I enjoy not being on a lot of medication and she respects that but will also tell me when she thinks I should be on some. She will take as much time with me as I need. Every time ive been in that office,… See more

Dr. Fabricius has been my heath care physician for a very long time now. Dr. Fabricius has my hearth care in many instances and circumstances and always provided me with the best possible care options. I deeply appreciate her friendly and professional manner with which she offers her best advice and assistance that extends beyond practice of the physicians office.

I feel secure regarding medical issues in knowing that Dr Fabricius will either solve them or help me find the appropriate outside help. She then continues to followup to ensure that the problem has been solved.
One time I was returning from Vanderbilt following back surgery and they had doped me up and I was really out of it. Dr Fabricius was a lifeline for my husband. He was… See more

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my health care but to Family Doctors and Dr. Diane Fabricius. It is interesting when I am seeing a specialist and they see that I am a patient of Dr. Fabricius they say: She is the BEST Dr. in Oak Ridge and I say: That's why I stay with her! God Bless you, Dr. Fab. You help me in more ways than you know. . . . and, you have an exceptional staff.
