Like most people who are recommended to have two total knee replacement surgeries, I refused. Terrifying concept and I’m too busy to lie down for months.
But along comes sympathetic and kindly Dr Wong, calm and gentle and thorough. A person you don’t want to disappoint. She gets me into see the right doc and it’s history. She’s just lovely.
I was scheduled for hip surgery but my Acc was too high. Dr. Wong encouraged me to lower the A1c. I had my operation and my Acc went down. I was actually normal.
