Welcome! I invite you to take a journey with me into personalized medical care. We all have experienced the changing landscape of health care in the recent years. Appointments with doctors are becoming shorter, hurried, less comprehensive and less personal. Visits often focus on managing diseases and prescribing more medication. My goal when providing primary care focuses on managing the person as a whole, not just the disease process. I partner with you to design a wellness program that is specific for you and based on what is important to you. Being affiliated with MDVIP provides me the luxury of time to spend with you and the resources to do it. I will be your doctor, but also your coach, your advocate and your healthcare partner. We will make use of the many advanced preventive care and educational resources which are part of the MDVIP wellness program to help achieve your goals so you can enjoy better health, longevity and quality of life. I have 25 years of experience in primary care to draw on when you need me to manage any medical problems you may have, as well as being able to help coordinate your care in our very complicated medical system. Similar to conveniences often associated with concierge medicine practices, I also offer same- or next-day appointments that start on time. 

I moved to Canada from Poland as a teenager, received my medical training at the University of Ottawa in Canada and moved to the US shortly after completing my residency in family medicine. I obtained my board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine soon after my arrival in the US.  My practice is located in Natick, Massachusetts, next to the Leonard Morse Hospital/Metrowest Medical Center. I have an interest in cardiovascular health, diabetes and hypertension. As a female physician, I also have an interest in women’s health. 

I am fortunate to have a wonderful teenage daughter, amazing office staff and a productive primary care practice that I enjoy. I look forward to going to the office in the morning because taking care of my patients makes me whole and happy. I am privileged to be able to do that and hope that I can have the privilege of taking care of you as your personal physician. 

Telemedicine Option: I am also using telemedicine visits to stay connected with my patients when they are unable to see me in the office. It is easy to do, and we have maintained our momentum with preventive health goals and chronic care during difficult times.
