My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

I am excited to be a family physician affiliated with MDVIP. This model allows me to care for patients the way I believe family medicine was originally intended. My personalized family medicine practice, similar to a concierge medical practice, welcomes patients who want to lead healthy lives.

With my training and experience, I am able to care for patients with diverse conditions. I believe in a preventive approach to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. In addition, I have a strong interest in dermatology and orthopedics. I am also able to perform procedures in the office such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryosurgery and excisions.

I try to lead by example. I am an avid bicyclist, skier, golfer, as well as being active in the community; however I must admit, my weakness is dark chocolate.

I enrolled in the MDVIP program with Dr. Albert Weisbrot in February 2019. In April 2019, I suffered a stroke. After my office exam, Dr. Weisbrot greenlighted immediate and comprehensive testing. He called every day and gave me his cell phone number for when I had questions. Dr. Weisbrot interviewed my specialists and provided options in my care. He was my advocate.

Dr. weisbrot had been on my case for some time about making some changes to my lifestyle, particularly my weight. I have two bad knees that keep getting worst. I finally decided to take Dr. Weisbrot up on his suggestion of weight loss. He assisted me and has been with me every step of the way. I have slowly made lifestyle changes to my eating habits and still have to change others, but as… See more

In August of 1991 my doctor at the time was retiring. Through a good recommendation I was fortunate to acquire the services 0f Dr. Weisbrot. I have been with my doctor since 1976, about the same time he started his practice. His conservative approach to health care has kept me healthy throughout this time. I trust him implicitly as he leads me through the senior years of my life.

I have been under Dr. Albert Weisbrot care for over 31 years!! he has been an awesome provider and friend over these same years!! I am now on a fixed income so I can no longer afford to be a participant in MDVIP. It pains me greatly at 63 years old to have to go out and find a new doctor. I wish I could afford the program but at this time I am not able. It will be able to find a new physician… See more

I panic at the thought that the man who has been my doctor for over 40 years, Albert Weisbrot MD, may be thinking of retiring in the coming years. I have had full confidence in his knowledge and have never doubted his diagnosis. He listens and cares. His staff, Susan and Shawna, are caring and kind. I'm a very healthy person but when I need to visit I know they are concerned and I will be… See more

Dr. Weinreb sponsored a walk for a local charity which I signed up for. I have been volunteering with this organization ever since and love it. He has also referred me to good specialists a few times and gotten me an appointment quickly.
He is very caring and concerned about his patients.

Featured on WTVQ-TV in Cincinnati, Dr. Albert Weisbrot put down his stethoscope and picked up his microphone to uplift his patients. His rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is just what the doctor ordered, especially during Holy Week and Passover, when so many are house-bound.
