My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

Over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed the practice of family medicine. During that time, I have had the privilege of caring for many families, often times over generations. I believe the doctor-patient relationship is a critical part of delivering quality healthcare. Everything I have done for my practice is to ensure that I can continue to maintain a positive relationship with my patients and provide them with the quality care that they deserve. Given that the healthcare scene evolves rapidly, I do everything I can to continue educating myself in order to handle each patient with the most effective care possible.

Of particular interest is my passion of fighting cardiovascular disease. As a graduate of the Bale-Doneen Method, I strive for the most comprehensive preventive or effective treatment, when possible. Aside from the practice of medicine, my devotion is to my family and spirituality. My extracurricular activities include music, especially jazz and classical, as well as running.

Since 2017, I have been MDVIP patient. I am passionate to manage health through lifestyle modification. During May 2023 visit to Dr. Paul E. Bristol, a goal was set to achieve A1C less than 5.7 from 5.8. After six month follow up visit during October, A1C was discovered 6.3. Dr Bristol asked me, “what happened?” I replied that life brought challenges beyond my manageability. I was still… See more

Dr. Bristol has taken care of my family for many years so we did not hesitate to signup when he moved to MDVIP. Why go to another PCP when we already had the best. When my husband's mother came to live with us, Dr. Bristol took her on as a patient and provided excellent care until she went to heaven. When I was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago, Dr. Bristol coordinated my care with… See more

When I first met Dr. Paul E Bristol, it was almost 30 years ago. He ran a full panel of my blood and called me to share my results. I recall that conversation like it was yesterday. He said, my cholesterol was over 300 and if he was reviewing 10 patient charts, I would be the one he would predict to not be hear long. I know that sounds hard but it was just what I needed to hear because that… See more

Dr. Bristol is excellent. I am 28 and work in finance but know the most important investment is your health. Dr. Bristol took me through the tests, explained everything in a concise yet comprehensive manner, listened, and is just an overall great guy. I feel great knowing I have him on my side.

Dr. Bristol is the most caring, compassionate, empathetic doctor that stays abreast of what his patients need.
I truly wish he could be replicated....

I'm so happy that I switched to MDVIP. I am so happy that Dr, Bristol is my Doctor. I love the fact that I can get an appointment the same day when I am sick. I also, love the amount of time that I can spend with my Dr. during my visit discussing my health. At the presence my A1C is elvevated and I am so grateful that Dr. Bristol caught that several years ago (10 years). I hope to continue… See more
