For Steve, a lawyer with a busy professional life, having a doctor who has the ability to help him on his schedule is important. He also feels it’s important that his doctor knows him.

When you have a child, and you're looking for schools for your children, one of the first questions you ask is, "What's the class size?" And you want the smallest class size for the most attention to your child. I sort of apply the same notion with my doctor. I want my doctor to know me. I want him to have familiarity with me as a patient, and things that are important to me.

I'm a lawyer. I have a very busy professional life. My hours are from early in the morning until oftentimes late into the evening. His practice caters to busy people, busy professionals, in a sense that his schedule works around my schedule more so than I always have to work around his schedule.
