Leadership Team

Larry has over 30 years of executive leadership experience driving transformation and growth for industry-defining businesses with a passion for building and inspiring high-performing teams, cultivating winning organizational cultures and creating value through operational innovation. He was most recently CEO for A Place for Mom, Inc., North America’s largest senior care referral service, and currently serves as chairman of its Board of Directors.

Matt joined MDVIP in 2016 as the company’s Controller and has continuously expanded his role and scope of responsibilities. Amongst other areas, Matt oversees all aspects of the company’s finances and HR functions and helps to support our national network of MDVIP affiliated physicians and patients.

A fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, Dr. Klemes works closely with the 20 physicians on MDVIP’s Medical Advisory Board and MDVIP’s more than 1,000 affiliates nationwide, drawing from their expertise and knowledge to drive quality and innovation in the delivery of the MDVIP healthcare model. She works to identify tools and tests to help those affiliates better identify risk and prevent disease.

Michele has been an integral part of MDVIP’s team since 2008, when she joined the legal department. In her role as lead counsel, she is focused on removing legal and regulatory burdens that prevent primary care physicians from focusing on being great doctors.

As a technology executive, John Kane has over two decades of experience leading engineering, architecture and analytics teams in high-growth financial technology and SaaS businesses. He joined MDVIP in 2024.

Since 2008, Ken has been on the front lines of personalized healthcare innovation consulting with physicians and executives on solutions that elevate the delivery of primary care. Working in every environment where you find physicians — independent solo and small practices, large practice groups, hospitals and health systems — Ken has been instrumental in enhancing the careers of hundreds of physicians through a transition into the MDVIP model.

Ben Stapleton joined MDVIP in 2025 as Chief Operations Officer. He was previously Chief Operations Officer for Crossroads Treatment Centers where he led a team of 800 employees and 160 providers across 100 plus opioid addiction centers serving 25,000 clients.

Theresa Graff is a human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR strategy, workforce transformation and talent management for Fortune 500 companies. She joined MDVIP in 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Jess Jacobs is a seasoned marketing executive with a track record of driving growth and innovation in global e-commerce and technology companies. She joined MDVIP in 2025 after serving as the Head of Growth Marketing for Shop at Shopify, where she accelerated the growth of Shopify’s consumer product.
