Matt Grossman

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Grossman is the chief financial officer for MDVIP.

Matt joined MDVIP in 2016 as the company’s Controller and has continuously expanded his role and scope of responsibilities. Amongst other areas, Matt oversees all aspects of the company’s finances and HR functions and helps to support our national network of MDVIP affiliated physicians and patients. Prior to MDVIP, Matt served as the Controller for Charter Schools USA, a for-profit charter school management company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Andrea Klemes, DO, FACE

Dr. Andrea Klemes CMO

Board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, Dr. Klemes' principal role as Chief Medical Officer is leading and shaping MDVIP’s physician-led primary care model. A fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, Dr. Klemes works closely with the 20 physicians on the Medical Advisory Board and more than 1,100 MDVIP affiliates nationwide to drive quality and innovation in the delivery of the MDVIP healthcare model. “We can show that MDVIP directly impacts patient health in life-saving ways. Eric Maaske is COO of MDVIP.

As Chief Operating Officer for MDVIP, Eric’s role is to help our affiliated physicians transform their traditional primary care practices into thriving MDVIP practices. Eric and his team focus on customer service and operational efficiency to help the network’s over 1,100 affiliates deliver highly effective, personalized care to our 390,000 members nationwide. General Counsel

Michele Martello is general counsel of MDVIP.

Michele has been an integral part of MDVIP’s team since 2008, when she joined the legal department. In her role as lead counsel, she is focused on removing legal and regulatory burdens that prevent primary care physicians from focusing on being great doctors.
