Craig, a busy professional, likes that he can reach his doctor with medical issues after hours – via email, text or phone. And his doctor can help him take care of the problem quickly. Having a doctor he can reach helps him get back to his busy life.

One of the great things about Dr. Malinow is he's always accessible. Whether it's via email or via the MDVIP portal, I can call him and, of course, I have texted him as well.

I remember I had one particular condition, and I remember it was a Saturday morning. It was before 9 o'clock in the morning. Text him, "hey, something's going on." He says, "Take a picture of what's going on. Send it to me and I'll get right back to you." Easily within an hour he got back to me. Said, "Hey, this is what I think is going on. Let me tell you what I'm going to prescribe for you." Thirty minutes to an hour the prescription was ready at the local pharmacy and I was good to go.
