Theresa Graff, CHRO

Theresa Graff is a human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR strategy, workforce transformation and talent management for Fortune 500 companies. She joined MDVIP in 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Before coming to MDVIP, Theresa was Senior Vice President for Delivery Workforce Strategy and Operations at 3Pillar, a company that builds software for businesses in healthcare, financial services, insurance, high tech and information services. She oversaw workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development and consulting operations for the company. As Vice President of Human Resources for 3Pillar she oversaw HR management, HR business partners, total rewards, talent services and facilities for the 2,000-plus employee global company. “My first career ambitions were to be a doctor…and a race car driver,” Theresa says. But I realized I had aptitude for neither. I am thrilled to support exceptional healthcare through what I know best: helping people and organizations accomplish what they couldn’t otherwise without a focus on people.” She was previously Senior Director of Commercial Strategy for Hilton Worldwide, where she advised on strategic initiatives and programs for growth to help Hilton emerge from the pandemic. She also served as Senior Director, HR Consulting – Commercial for Hilton. Before Hilton, Theresa held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and the International Justice Mission, a global nonprofit. Theresa holds a Master’s in organizational management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Grand Canyon University, along with executive certifications from Cornell University and the Co-Active Training Institute. Theresa lives in Washington, DC with her husband, daughter and adorable puppy, and she enjoys spending weekends exploring the monuments, museums, and volunteering in her community.
