Very accessible, returns calls promptly and her staff is able to make an appointment on the same day, if needed. Dr. Kaufman and her staff are always very pleasant are genuily interested in you. Dr. kaufman is a good diagnotician.

Dr. Ava Kaufman listens to my complaints and responds with answers or suggestions. She expresses concern if I do not visit needed doctors and/or go for mammogram or bone density tests.
Dr. Kaufman also has her office staff remind me if I do not come for annual wellness exams. I am the type of patient who needs the reminders.
Dr. Kaufman is a very caring physician who goes above and beyond what other physician provide. She stays up to date on my health condition and makes sure that I am informed of ways to stay healthy. I have been with her for more years than I can remember, and I intend to be with her as long as I can.
Dr. Kaufman has been my doctor for a number of years. She is a warm, sympathetic caretaker as well as a very competent physician. I particularly appreciated her support after my husband's death and in offering the Prevnar pneumonia vaccine when it became available.
