I have enjoyed the prompt access to Dr. Portnoy via his personal cell phone, which have phoned early in the AM, late in the PM, on weekend days and, Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays. I have never dealt with an M.D. who is so accessible. I have been able to avoid having to filter my requests for information through his office staff. That is makes MDVIP invaluable.
