Dear Dr. Kinahan:
I have been diligently trying to get in contact with Beth Rakos, the Office Mgr.at Dunwoody Village Clinic in Atlanta, Ga to correct a Billing error with Northside Hospital.-(N.H.)
She promised me that she would resubmit the adjusted bill for the two preventive screening tests which were performed at N.H. to Craig Edison at Northside's Business office, and copy me by e-mail with the documents she sent Craig.
Currently, I have NOT received any documents, nor e-mails from her, I have contacted "YOUR" office several times and have NOT received any updates on this issue.
This practice has shown me that they DON'T "truly care about their patients" and they aren't willing to go the distance to" help" their patients, especially when I have contacted the office several times about this billing problem which originated with a annual test I received at Northside Hospital- (Please Note:-The order for the annual tests came from your office).
N.H. business office states that the Dr. needs to resubmit with the correct codes. Your office states that they "never assigned the codes"
Each office is blaming the "other office" & NOTHING is being done to correct the problem.
I believe the public needs to be aware that when a dispute arises concerning your bill for your yearly annual testing, Dunwoody Village remains mute.
I'm sure that I am NOT the only person this has happened to.
